Our home test kits are designed for home use only and are intended for initial screening purposes. They are not designed to provide a professional medical diagnosis. As with all screening tests, false positive or false negative results may occur, and no test is 100% accurate.

Users are encouraged to seek regular health checks and medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if symptoms, concerns, or unexpected results are present.

These tests are supplied under our brand by an accredited manufacturer, whose details are clearly stated on the product packaging. We ensure that the products supplied match their description and meet applicable regulatory requirements.

No home screening test can replace clinical assessment or laboratory testing carried out in a medical setting. Users should not rely solely on these tests for medical decision-making and should seek professional medical advice where appropriate.

Some of our tests are minimally invasive and require the collection of a sample by the user. For example, the PSA test requires a finger-prick blood sample using a sterile, single-use lancet supplied in the kit. Sterile swabs and detailed instructions are provided to support safe use.

It is important to follow the instructions for use carefully, as incorrect use may affect test performance. 

If you are uncomfortable performing a test or collecting a sample, you may return the unopened product in accordance with Amazon’s returns policy.
